Thank You Chacha!!

To say that Chacha changed our lives would be an understatement. She is not only the best personal trainer we have ever worked with, she is also the most caring and supportive personal trainer.

Over a 9 month period Chacha helped to not only change our body shape, but also to have us focus on a change in our well being and health. We traveled twice a week over an hour an a half to be with her and we can say that her enthusiasm and support made all the workouts worthwhile.

We also can say without any hesitancy that without Chacha and her personal training expertise we would not be in the best shape of our lives. Oh, and by the way we are both in our sixties.
