Dear Chacha,

A chance find of her card brought me to ChaCha. I often call it divine intervention, because there are no words that could ever express my gratitude toward this woman. I have always had an "interest" in fitness, always "wanted to" but never knew how to reach my body's potential. I've had other trainers before yet, I find it hard to put into words how my life has changed from meeting ChaCha.

My increased strength, endurance, drive and the all around peace she has brought to my life has no definition. Having someone like ChaCha in my life to push me on "just one more set", "one more rep", "one more pound" has lead me to a place where I feel more alive and stronger at 32 than I did in my teens. ChaCha is there for you so that you hold yourself "accountable". She helps her clients achieve their goals through inspiration, compassion and pure heart!

She will push you beyond your limits, help you gain confidence and at the end of your hardest day, I promise you you will thank her for every moment that she has gladly dedicated to your health, well being and fitness.
