The Three C's of Chacha's Fitness Training
Whether or not you've tried other programs before, you can succeed!
Here are Chacha's three C's of a successful fitness program:
1.
Commitment. Making a commitment with a positive attitude
is key. Research shows that attitude is one of the biggest determining
factors in whether you succeed or fail in any aspect of your life...
fitness, relationships, work. My goal is to help you recognize you
can succeed but you have to make that commitment up front and show
up.
2. Consistency is also crucial. How do I keep you consistent? By keeping you motivated. I offer a way to incorporate your workout and activity level into your lifestyle.
I help you get results quickly. I teach you the right way to exercise by showing you correct form and contracting your muscles properly for maximum results.
I change your program every session so you change the muscle fibers you exercise. As a result, your muscles never get a chance to adapt to a routine so you can work them more effectively.
3. Choices. We must make better choices regarding our health and fitness and nutrition. It is a process that we work on together.
